Declarative Documents from the Senators of Sweden to the Senators of the Kingdom of Poland and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania is a collection of documents related to the 16551660 war between Sweden and the Polish Lithuanian Commonwealth. It is bound with Responses of the Senators of the Kingdom of Poland and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania to the Documents of the Senators of Sweden (Regni Poloniae, Magnique Ducatus Lithuaniae senatorum ad declaratorias senatorum Regni Sveciae responsoriae, Lovicii [Łowicz], 1656). The documents were published at the beginning of the war, when the army of Sweden occupied a large part of Lithuania: the Duchy of Samogitia and the districts of Upytė, Ukmergė, Braslaw, and Kaunas.
